These Terms govern your use of Kevane. Please keep a copy for your records.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 17.
Kevane helps you extract and save audio tracks from video files. Features may change over time, and some features may require an internet connection and server processing.
You may need an account (name/username/email). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activities under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
User Content means materials you upload or submit through the Service (including videos). You keep ownership of your User Content.
You grant Kevane Team permission to host, process, and transmit User Content only to provide the Service (including generating outputs you request), secure the Service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law.
You are responsible for your User Content and for obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and consents.
The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by Kevane Team or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevane Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevane Team’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Kevane Team for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or US$10 if you paid nothing).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kevane Team’s principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration (in English) in the jurisdiction of Kevane Team’s principal place of business, before a single arbitrator, except where prohibited by law.
You and Kevane Team waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative proceedings, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the Effective Date above.
